3. Label your package clearly and ship to us using a trackable form of shipping.

How can I make a return or exchange?


Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 30 days of the original invoice date.


Shoes must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.


Additionally, boxes/packaging must be returned in their original condition. Do not write on, tape or stick anything to the box. We are unable to accept any return with a box that is not in its original condition. Any box that is returned damaged will result in the item being returned to you.


Shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges will be shipped via surface delivery at no charge to the customer.

Any items returned without adequate information will be returned to sender.


We refund in the original form of payment. Please contact Customer Service at info@amg-group.co.uk regarding a different form of refund payment.


Teva is not responsible for packages lost in transit.



What is the warranty for Teva, and how does this work?
The Teva warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to Teva which are past one year old from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case by case basis.


If a product is not deemed defective, it will be returned to the customer.


All packages should be sent in via a trackable method as Teva is not responsible for packages lost in transit that consumers have sent to them.


Any items returned without adequate information will be returned to sender


Returns take 5 - 15 business days to process.


All non-defective returns must be free of all wear and tear. Any item returned that does not meet the requirements will be returned to the customer.
